We price the rooms in each house individually with rents starting at £499/month. Our rooms are fully inclusive of all bills: water, council tax, gas, electricity and unlimited broadband access.
Rent in advance is required for all rooms and is £400. Rent in advance is fully returnable if room/house left in good condition (normal wear and tear is accepted).
